Our goal is,

to facilitate the exchange of experience among M&A consultancies and to increase thetransparency/span> and reliability for our clients by applying high quality standards and strict ethical values as well as a recognized certification system.

For the acceptance of new members the VMA has imposed strict selection criteria to help entrepreneurs, executives and tax consultants / auditors to find the right advisor for their project.
